Description
The 3D silicone label/logo heat transfer machine integrates the functions of preheating, automatic discharge of thick material, pressure maintaining vulcanization, timing alarm, automatic mold opening, product ejection and other functions. It adopts PLC control and has automatic and manual operation functions.
The surface temperature of the hot plate of the silicone label heat transfer machine is uniform, the temperature control is accurate, the temperature controller can accurately record the temperature data, the pressure is stable and reliable, and the operation is safe and convenient.
Features
1. PLC control, which can realize manual and automatic control. Automatic control can realize functions such as mold closing, exhaust, temperature control, vulcanization timing, alarm, mold opening and unloading; the touch screen displays the temperature of each heating zone of the hot plate in real time.
2. The hydraulic cylinder is made of ZG270-500 material, and the plunger is made of dense chilled alloy cast iron, which is finely ground after casting; the sealing form of the hydraulic cylinder is a YX sealing ring.
3. Hydraulic system: Using a hydraulic station of a well-known brand at home and abroad, under the control of PLC, it can realize automatic: mold closing, exhaust, mold opening and unloading.
4. Mechanical synchronous balance mechanism: There is a synchronous shaft running through the unit under the platform, and the two ends of the shaft are equipped with racks and pinions to ensure the horizontal lifting of the platform.
5. Mold clamping guide device: There are mold clamping guide devices on both sides of the lower platform. The frame plate and the platform are equipped with guide seats. The guide seat processes the inclined surface, and the distance between the inclined surfaces can be adjusted by the jacking screw.
